The Wii Fit Plus by Nintendo offers you a way to get a great workout and have a good time doing it.
I started out with Wii Fit but did not have the Wii board. My niece brought hers over and we set the game up. It allowed me to do the running portion but I had no access to the board. I would go onto the game and jump on my treadmill and run.
This was enjoyable in itself. Now I prefer running outdoors but the weather in Ohio is not always the best to run in. Once I set up the Wii Fit I found it more entertaining to do runs on the treadmill when I needed to.
I always wondered about the Wii Fit board but many fitness gurus, so to speak, knocked it. But I finally decided to break down this year and get the Wii Fit Plus along with the board.
Boy am I glad I did! From the very first time I went into some of the exercises offered I was hooked.
Listen, I exercise regularly. My college associate degree was in health and physical education. When I discuss exercising, you can believe I have a pretty good idea what I’m talking about.
And it now irks me somewhat that many of these exercise experts put this game down. The reason is I think anything that gets someone off their butt and starts them exercising is a good thing. But this goes beyond that and I can’t believe anyone can test this and not find it useful.
Bookmark this page right now because I am going to delve deeply into the Wii Fit Plus and the Wii board. I’ll go over everything from the Wii fitness test to the strength training and aerobics and yoga and more, and videos will be included.
But let me tell you this right now. The Wii Fit Plus rocks and unless you are trying to get a body builders look, this is something you should look into.
