Customer Service at Perfect Pullup

I have to say I am impressed with the customer service at Perfect Pullup. I strained my shoulder and my neck trying to use the ab straps. Did this on 3 different occasions. Yes – I am stubborn. So I contacted the people at Perfect Pullup and explained the situation and asked if they had any advice.

I was contacted by one of their reps who said she would ask the trainers. After the weekend, she got back to me and the guy who invented the unit said to have me take a video of myself using the ab straps and they would view it and see if I was doing anything wrong that might be causing the problem.

Now to me, that is seriously good service. I have not yet sent a video as I don’t want to hurt again , but probably will. I doubt it is my technique. More likely my body getting older. But we’ll see.

I really like the equipment they put out and would not hesitate to recommend it. The customer service is icing on the cake.
